By using ExpertAIData you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Experts

Applying does not guarantee acceptance, work, or earnings. Experts are independent contractors, not employees, and are responsible for their own taxes. Credentials you submit must be truthful.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically every month at the listed price until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your company dashboard billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Expert rewards you set for tasks are separate from the plan price.
• We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

Company data partnerships

ExpertAIData is an independent sourcing and referral business and may receive referral compensation. Acceptance, introductions, and earnings are not guaranteed, and submitting an inquiry grants no rights to your records.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, submit unlawful or infringing content, or attempt to access other users' data.

Examples and illustrations

Example tasks, scores, workflows, and scenarios on the site are illustrative and are not verified results.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, ExpertAIData is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.
